Ethan Leslie Leong is a Master Mixologist, and founder and former Director of Drink Culture and Bar Stories. His background and wealth of bartending experience prove impressive as he creates one of a kind recipes and bespoke experiences for individuals, media and so many others. Ethan has played a consultancy role to many F&B establishments, bars and clubs such as Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Fashion TV, Buddha Bar, Aurum, and The Clinic before starting his own business.

On the cocktails front, Ethan has represented Singapore in an international arena at various competitions such as the “International Flair Competition 1997” in Birmingham, U.K. He won the Singapore Champions and Best Newcomer award, In 2000, he was invited to perform a flair show at the grand opening of “Saltimbanco – Cirque Du Soleil”.

His infectious personality has been featured across a myriad of media titles including: Straits Times Life!, Singapore Tatler, Appetite, Epicure, Time Out Singapore, Expat Living, August Man, ALEXIS and many more.
